Modorra Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

Modorra partners with independent third-party suppliers to source and deliver our products. Because we operate a fully digital, inventory-free model, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order. The following policy outlines how shipping works for all Modorra physical products.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

·       Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or supplier delays.

·       Orders cannot be changed once they enter fulfillment.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary because items may ship from different suppliers and regions.

Estimated delivery windows:

·       Standard delivery: 7–21 business days

·       In rare cases, delivery may extend beyond this window due to international logistics, customs delays, weather disruptions, or carrier issues.

Modorra does not guarantee specific delivery dates.


3. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided whenever available from the supplier.

Please note:

·       Some suppliers may require 3–5 business days to activate tracking after shipment.

·       Tracking updates may be limited for certain international carriers or regions.


4. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages based on supplier location or availability.

This does not affect your shipping cost.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and supplier rates.

Where free shipping is offered, it applies only to the item(s) or condition (s) specified and does not extend to items from different suppliers.


6. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Modorra is not responsible for:

·       Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

·       Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

·       Delays caused by customs or carriers

·       Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned to the supplier due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some orders may be subject to customs inspections, import fees, duties, or taxes depending on your location.

These fees:

·       Are not included in Modorra's product prices

·       Are the responsibility of the customer

·       Are determined by your local customs authority

Modorra does not control or influence these charges.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or temporarily unavailable, estimated delivery times will be provided based on supplier information.

Pre-order timelines may change without notice.


9. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, the following circumstances may impact shipping timelines:

·       High order volumes

·       Carrier delays

·       Customs inspections

·       Weather conditions

·       Global supply chain disruptions

Modorra is not liable for delays outside our control.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be unavailable for shipping to specific regions due to supplier limitations or regulatory restrictions.
